On 11/10/2021 I made a purch*** from this company online. The amount was $4,126.54 for three pieces of equipment. The piece in question is the auto lift, $3,359.00. The add on the website shows a truck similar in size of the two trucks I own, and states " and heavier pick up trucks". When I called and spoke to the sales rep Brian, I asked him if this lift would handle the trucks I own and told him what they were. I own a 1996&97 **** ***** extended cab, 8'bed 4x4 Power Stroke diesels. He said the lift would work with my trucks. I purchased the lift. In late July I had some issues with the lift that required me to contact the manufacturer of the lift, ***** auto equipment. The design doesn't allow me to balance the trucks, the front arms are too short. I also had some fitment issues with the arms. When I spoke to the tech about the issues, he asked me what vehicles I put on the lift. I described my two trucks and a couple cars I own. His response along with his managers, was that lift is inadequate for my trucks. He said I needed a t least a 10K lift. I was sold the wrong lift by a company I relied on. After weeks of attempts to resolve this, I have made no progress. An ***** dealer rep suggested that I sell my lift and buy the correct lift from the same company that sold me the wrong lift. I would have to incur a severe loss on that sale. They also aren't taking into account that once you install a lift you just don't switch them out. A different lift is not going to have the same bolt pattern on the base. They know what that could mean. You have to position the new lift a certain distance from the previous drilled holes or cut and dig up concrete. At this point I don't sense any concern from the either party about my problem. The warranty people at ***** were great but can't help. The salesman Brian was supposed to call me last week but never did.
