Terrible...I moved in six months and should have just leaved in my car. They had three months to renovated the apartment and did nothing. I came on a Friday was unable to see the apartment before moving in the next day. It needed to be painted, carpet and other flooring replaced, tubs and shower wall resurfacing, bullet holes in the walls, closet doors falling apart, stove not working, dirty light fixtures, and multiple plumbing issues. Now my washer/dryer combo not working, and I have not received any of my ADA accommodations to-date. Oh, nor to mention they are closing out maintenance tickets as if they have completed the work. The reason behind that is they are unlicensed to operate this apartment complex. Place have mice, roaches, and bad mold problem. The AC unit doesn't work either. They make all kinds of excuses for the problems. We are now on rent strike. DO NOT MOVE HERE...YOU WILLBE BETTER ON THE STREET OR SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR.OneWall Communities LLC Response

Although *** ******* had many issues upon moving in, we have since been working through all items to have them resolved. A member of our maintenance team visited her in February to address her concerns; and one of our contractors followed up in March to address other issues. Work orders that are being closed out are for DUPLICATE work orders only. The "service notes" in all the closed work orders indicate the same. One work order for all unresolved issues will remain open until the completion of the work. To address her additional concerns; Heather Hill by OneWall works very closely with ****** ****** ****** to comply with all city and state requirements regarding licensing. We have a pest control company that comes out once a week to address any resident issues.In addition, if there are any emergencies (such as AC issues), we have an emergency maintenance line that is available 24/7. The weather in PG County has not been above 70, so although AC issues are technically not considered an emergency at this time, we are diligently working through ALL service requests regarding heat or AC.Review from Alice J

Run away. Do not rent with these people. There building was on fire and the alarms didnt go off. Terminated the lease of residents immediately stating a loop hole that city has made this building unusable, giving residents 2 weeks to get stuff out. Possible Renters BEWARE I AM A CURRENT TENANT,IM TELLING YOU TO RUN THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! I have reached out to local management ( chain of command) as well as the home base via email and telephone. Crickets ?? No resolution! I complained about drafts in my unit let alone you can see the outside from the cracks in my door. In all fairness the came and weather strip to the door to cover the cracks ( the one that is usually at the bottom of doors) so, yes the cracks are covered now my living room looks insane with weather strips on MY FRONT DOOR ( inside) I could go on and on save your hard earned money and don’t make the mistake I made ,invest in a better company this is not the ONE!, the one star is a stretch but app requires a selection it’s really a -100 starsOneWall Communities LLC Response

I am currently a tenant at *** ******** ****** ** **** ******* **. Been here over 12 years and seen this dwelling go from a nice place to live to atrocious. They fix nothing, ignore complaints, but graciously send rent notices days in advance. All I want is the the problem to be fixed, after having to call the fire department and report them to the city. Its truly heartbreaking to come home after working hard to pay the rent their asking and look at your apartment in its current condition. I'm a good tenant and pay on time but I have no choice but to look for another place to live. There's no way their families would live here so why should I have to endure this nonsense. Its probably mold in here from the constant leaks and I'm an asthmatic. Love the neighborhood however, not the management.OneWall Communities LLC Response

DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Absolutely the worst property management company I ever dealt with. There is never any hot water, rodents running around outside in the trash area. No security cameras, still haven't fixed the broken garage door, building is not kept up. Every month they are either cutting the water off or sending you notice about no hot water etc. I have been bathing with cold or Luke warm water for months which is super upsetting when all you want to do is take a HOT shower. I pay rent every month on time so I expect better service then this. I have been renting with them for about 3 years now and ever since they took over my building the building has gone down the drain. They allow anyone to rent with them which is a huge problem!!! They have started charging an extra fee to pay rent online and they blame it on the "third party". Everything is a fee and we are living in filth!! They need to do better by their tenants. Period! I would never refer anyone to one wall management. It has been a nightmare ever since they took over.OneWall Communities LLC Response
