Highway thief.i don't understand how he is still in business. 1 hour 2 install outdoor faucet, 505.05 $. Must b gold plated My bad 4 not getting estimates. I expect people in business 2 b honest. Big mistake *** ****** 

I called Al's Plumbing on 12/20...problem with a toilet periodically running. Serviceman arrived, wearing no mask, and a strong odor of cigarette smoke. He inspected the toilet and told me it needed parts...did not have them with him. Told me he would be back in about 25 minutes. Returned and installed the parts. Told me the cost would be $350.95. I asked for an invoice. He told me he did not have one with him, and that he would email it to me as soon as he got back to the office. Never happened. I called and asked for receipt the next day...never happened. The entire service call was very unprofessional. I need an itemized invoice for my records. Please see that I get an invoice. Thank you.

If there was an option to choose less than one star i would picked that options for Al's Plumbing. I saw someone said that they felt like they were robbed at gun point. I would agree. Unfortunately its too late and the damage has already been done. I was in desperate need of a plumber and someone recommending this company from a local site. I should have known it was too good to be true since he responded so quickly. The guy came with his son, as he claimed, who knows if that's true because they both seem like corn artist. They made a hole in my bathroom wall, applied some lousy silicon and unclogged a sink. Long story short they gave me a bill for $500. He said he would return after a couple days to seal the hole with an access panel. I kept calling the guy like i wanted a hooker. Each time he answered the phone but with a story; no forgetting in a very unpleasant, unprofessional tone. He finally agreed to come when i saw i would go on BBB and rate him as horrible. I guess he knew what i would find here. I told him know to come back at my place. Now i'm getting someone to fix the simple issue for less than $100 because the silicon which this clown applied got compromised. I hope no-one else gets caught in this web. This guys plumbing license should be revoke in my opinion.
