New Roofing System and Chimney Rebuild. The craftsmanship of the chimney was Shaddy and cosmetically was not acceptable. The roofing crew not professional and were very careless. They put two holes in my siding and damaged the aluminum trim. Damage was done to the gutters and steel covers. I found tar marks on my foundation in several places. The ******** satellite was removed and replaced incorrectly so I had to have a technician zero it in. The shingles on the east side of the house were not properly installed because decking was not replaced in damaged areas. I would not recomend this company and I would give it a one-star review.w.Business response

Hi ****, This is Sonny M*******. Just to give you a brief summary as to what occurred at * *** ******* **** ******** *** It was the worst experience I’ve had working for anyone. Once we arrived my crew is of ******* descent they are all American citizens and speak Perfect English. As soon as we arrived the customer I worked for ****** asked me if I have a white crew instead of a ******* crew. They are racist! He told me I should take them back to ******, I explained to him that my grandmother was of ******* descent. Once the project was as completed. He asked me the following day when u was coming to cleanup, mind you that we cleaned everything we could. (Because the snow hadn’t melted yet) The day before we started the project it snowed probably 6 inches or so and stood in the ground for about two or three weeks until it all finally melted. The next day he called me and threatened to sue me unless I came and gave him in person a paper receipt, I explained to him that I could also send him a receipt via email like we did with the contract, he said absolutely Not. I did indeed go there the next day and hand him a paper receipt. He also contacted me the very next day and threatened to call the BBB and file a complaint unless I came there within the hour, I did indeed show up within the hour. He pointed out debris under the dumpster I explained to him that sometimes debris can get stuck under the dumpster and that there’s no way to clean under the dumpster until they remove it. When they removed the dumpster I went back and cleaned up the debris.He contacted me the very next day and told me something bad would happen if I didn’t show up that day. I did indeed go to his property that very day. He told me that I didn’t do a good job with the chimney or the roof and that I put holes in his siding which I did not. However I just wanted to make him happy so the next day we arrived and fixed the problem for free. While on the roof I asked him if he needed the tv antenna. He said no and asked if I can please remove it. After we were finished with the roof he said he made a mistake and asked if I can reinstall it for him. Which we did for free. But mind you that we do not install tv antenna professionally. So we did the best we could. He called me the very next day and was highly upset that the tv company was going to charge him $129 to reinstall the tv antenna which I paid for. The next day he called and said I must come over today it was a emergency. When I showed up a hour later he said look what kinda shoddy work you do there’s a paper in my neighbors yard that you didn’t pick up. I said you got to be kidding me? I picked up the paper threw it in the dumpster and said sometimes when doing a roof especially in the winter time papers will fly around. He called me the next day and said to come over here now because there’s a problem with the chimney I explained to him that I have a business and can’t keep coming back to him for no reason I told him I did a great job. But it seems like I can’t make you happy no matter what I did for you. I went over a few days later and explained to him that when installing a new chimney in the wintertime it takes a while to cure and contract and expand. He said I should have done a better job and i do shoddy work. He also threatened my crew and said he is going to punch my ******* crew in the mouth. Once the snow finally melted I went back and clean the yard driveway, ETC. I’m seriously thinking about filing charges against him for all the threats he made against me and my crew. I will send you pictures of the work and you be the judge.
