We first used this company a year ago in April 2021 to replace a water pump and a couple months later our water started to turn off every couple months. During this process we also had our well redone through them thinking maybe that was the problem but the problem continued. In the beginning they said a switch was bad twice than said we needed an electrician we tested everything and seemed fine so didn’t want to waste the money when this company seemed to be full of excuses. When it happened again in March after replacing the well we called and someone came out and said a part was dirty this time and cleaned it and said if it happened again we’ll replace it. Well when it happened again on April 10th we called telling them what was said and the owner said it’s our problem because it’s an electrical problem and to even come look at it would be over 300 dollars. We called an electrician and had them come out a couple days later and they discovered that it was wired wrong. It cost us 80 dollars to fix their problem when we’ve had many of their people out and no one noticed. I reached out to have them reimburse the 80 dollars and I got a inaccurate response still saying we need an electrician because if it was wired wrong it wouldn’t work and that our pump isn’t on its own circuit. We knew it wasn’t but still tested to be sure and it’s on it’s own circuit. Now since responding they have not answered. I’ve attached our emails as well as all my invoices from them over the year and the electrician and an email of the electrician saying the pump would still work while wired wrong.Business response

I sent the attached response 4/22/2022 on this site. It appears **** already sent the BBB our invoices. As explained to them & noted on 6/5/21 they were advised to get a LICENSED ELECTRICAN there was a problem in the electrical box. HE/SHE did not, at some point he used a meter himself & stated so on 4/10/22 call to SR.
SR spoke with our electrician, it makes no difference which wires are attached which posts, electrical issues will continue until an "ELECTRICAN traces & rectifies the current problem on the electrical circuit."
Currie's has been there 3 times & replaced fried switches at no cost.

I am rejecting this response because I’m confused. We did hire a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN (license #**************) that’s the whole reason for my complaint. I thought the problem was that our pump wasn’t on its own circuit so now it’s another problem with the circuit? Again I’m so confused.
