On January 15th of 2024, All Friends Animal Hospital became apart of cover up against our family little one; which resulted in her death. She was delivered to the facility; under extreme emergency. Four police officers had taken time out of their busy schedules to transport her there, that morning.. She had a severe seizure. She originally shunned and neglected by another veterinarian, leading to her health issues progressing. She did succumb to her seizure and passed away despite best efforts to get her to the hospital in a timely manner. Despite how traumatic and grief filled this moment was, All Friends would soon make this already bad situation worse, somehow. Despite her being a patient of their hospital a while back, they tried to suppress that idea. In the end, they altered and hid the why she, even, had to come there that day. They denied that she had, one- time been a patient of their facility and altered her records to support the idea of her being a completely new patient. They changed her identity; in one instance they had my daughter listed as the owner with her true age at the time of death they changed her birthdate and was now using me as the sole owner. They tried to make her look like a completely new patient at the time of her death. Because of their dishonesty and attempts to detach from her, I question if they even tried to save her (despite getting charged for such). If took them a while to get her remains back to the family and even in giving sympathy they refused to acknowledge she used to be their patient. I have all her files that prove she was indeed their patient. This complaint is about their dishonesty in a time of grief and it begs to question why they refused to acknowledge her as a previous patient.

Incompetent staff who had my baby cremated without performing my requested ink paw print! I got his ashes and got home to realize there was no paw print. I called to ask if will be sent separately to be told it was a clerical error but “ I never paid for it”, so thats supposed to make me feel better!!??? Irreversible gross incompetence. A month earlier I called for vomiting and blood in urine. I am a snowbird so he hadnt been seen in almost a year there so I was told I would have to wait until next day to begin calling for appt! I was appalled as we were customers there for fifteen years. I was told I was no longer an existing account as it had been thirteen months. It was not a year, I pulled last invoice from his file and it had been eleven months. I took him elsewhere same day, he was treated, prescription filled and sent home with me. I wish I had made euthanasia appt with the other vet hospital as I would have the comfort of his paw print today! If you love you pets, AVOID All friends Animal Hospital. Their focus is money first and foremost!! On phone they quoted $410 for euthanasia, cremation, box and paw print. Upon arrival they held service hostage to bilk an additional “wellness visit” fee jacking bill to $486. I already knew he wasnt well and needed to be assisted to Rainbow Bridge. Money hungry. Appt for suffering dog was at 2:20, doctor didnt come into room until 2:50 and that was only because I went and complained that my baby was suffering and they were a half hour late. The vet walked out from her office, she wasnt even with patients!! Avoid this place if you love your furbabies
