I called SK PEST ELIMINATION this morning 7/27/2022. I very gruff man answered the phone by saying “YEAH!” instead of stating that you have reached SK PEST ELIMINATION. I proceeded very politely to explain the reason for my call. (We live in a heavily wooded area and now have mice in our finished basement/playroom) and we are very concerned. In the middle of explaining the situation, the man who answered interrupted me and very rudely said “NOT INTERESTED, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!” and hung up in my face with no explanation whatsoever. I certainly have never been spoken to or treated with such disrespect. This is their job, correct? They are an exterminator, correct? I was absolutely appalled at the treatment I received when I was just looking for help. Quite honestly I don’t know how they continue to stay in business if this is the way they treat a potential customer. I absolutely do NOT recommend even attempting to do business with such classless, rude, disrespectful and utterly unprofessional company. I am truly offended by the behavior and utter lack of professionalism by SK PEST ELIMINATION. Sincerely, ** ********

My aging mom told me she heard noises behind the wall in the kitchen sounding like scratching. I immediately thought mice or worse. On a recommendation I called SK Pest Elimination. They were able to come out the next day and did a full inspection in the attic, behind cabinets, appliances, and in spaces I wouldn't have even thought of. They determined it was in fact mice and put my mom at ease by taking extra time to explain everything they were doing and how they would be solving the problem. The technician knew that my mom was worried and he talked to her until she was comfortable. Above and beyond what he had to do in my opinion and I appreciate it. I definitely recommend SK Pest Elimination.

Highly recommended! Rick and his team were wonderful! I was told I had a termite issue upon purchasing my new home. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When they did their inspection, i was informed there was not a current termite problem, but evidence of a prior infestation, Most companies would have just treated for the termites and charged me top dollar. I appreciate their fairness and respect for the customer.

Unprofessional! Man sent to exterminate demanded I get on hands and knees to put protective covers on his feet in order to do his job only because I was a woman. Also, they refused to wear masks before entering my place. Deplorable, rude and unprofessional people working for this buisness.
