Aside from selling me a car with chips in the paint, the actual buying experience was fine. However, getting the paint chips fixed has become an absolute nightmare. I dropped it off to have paint chips fixed and they tried to give it back with overspray on the cladding, lumps in the paint, and an interior full of sanding dust. The second time they tried to give it back, there was a chip in the paint nowhere near where the original chips were and the paint on the bumper was covered in some kind of gray and black flecks which also covered the bumper guard. So back to the Auto Body Shop for a new bumper. Got it back and now there are smudges in the paint underneath the clearcoat near the gas cap and all along the passenger side above the doors. I don't dare let them have the car again as every attempt to fix something results in a different problem. So now I have a brand new vehicle with a messed up paint job. I had a horrible experience dealing with this dealership. I found them incredibly rude on top of their practice of price gouging the public during the pandemic. So I took to **** sharing my concerns and they retaliated by stalking me, looking up my personal business on **** and left a negative 1 star review on my own business' **** page calling me a "bad person." After I threatened them with a defamation and libel suit, they messaged me back to say that "someone" within the company went rogue writing it without permission and they're going to discipline that person. I have no way of verifying that myself but this should have never happened in the first place but the sales manager (who was responsible for the problems I was having) admitted it was "wildly inappropriate." Volvo Corporate is now investigating their unethical business practices. I plan to talk with an attorney. Someone needs to protect the public from this business.Review from Marcus K
