On 6/26/2023 I went to see the doctor based on a emergency because my vision was extremely blurry and i was starting to loose eye sight. After sitting in the waiting room for a bit I was finally looked at, Dr.Littizi seemed to be in quite a rush. She looked at my eyes quickly didn't find the solution, she said I need to leave, I have to go I am booked for surgery in the hospital, so I am going to give you some contacts to try, perhaps your prescription is wrong. I said I had a exam a few months ago. She handed me a box of free trial lens and sent me on my way. I called her office few days later and left several messages for her and she never called me back. I did not show up to anymore appointments because basically no one followed back knowing that I was still not seeing good. The professionalism in this office is something I have never experience before. They are so rude and disrespectful and I have saved every email between the office, basically the staff trashing me and harassing me. I received a bill for $147 for a contact lens exam. I did not receive an contact lens exam, nor did I agree or was it discussed. I paid my copay for the day, and my insurance company paid for the visit. Months later this is still going on, I'm being told basically from the office that I am a deadbeat and that I don't want to pay my bills, basically the front desk girl said to me well we can see clearly your not good with paying your bills, talk about insulting me! They don't listen, they yell at me and I'm tired of the way I am spoken to. Also please note I have asked several times for a copy of my medical records and I have not received it. There holding me hostage for my records. This office is really upsetting . I am not paying for a service that was not talked about .
