I completed a loss mitigation process and was happy with the end all result of a mortgage payment of 2070.00 and a extra added bonus of skipping payment for month April and May. On July 1, 2023 I learned my mortgage was transferred to ********** ******** and they proceeded to bill me 2281.00 stating that the did not get any information from Total Mortgage supporting the end of result of my mortgage being 2070.00. ********** ******** received the documentation from Total Mortgage acknowledging they left out one month and that one month catapult me to owing 10,000 in mortgage payment as I pay my mortgage every month of $2070.00. Total Mortgage has offered no restitution or empathy, as I fight for my home.Business response

Hello - Total Mortgage Services was contacted by the *********** ********** ** ******* regarding this matter last week, and has provided all the requested documentation relating to the referenced loan to the State. Total Mortgage Services will await word from the ********** ** ******* on their determination on this matter.
