      Did not clean up after themselves , vented out the front of the house instead of back of house, it looks terrible. Took 9 days to complete it was supposed to be 1 day. Problem getting the right thermostats, originally only received 1 when it was supposed to be two. They removed our hot water heater, now it only takes about 5 minutes before water turns ice cold, reported this problem,nothing was done to fix. When first installed temp. Would only get up to 60 degrees. Was promised a gift card, for problems encountered, haven't received anything. I always had to text them all our issues, no response back. Only texted about when they would receive their last payment. Job was started 12/20 wasn't finished until 12/29/24. The cold water is unacceptable when they removed our perfectly fine hot water tank. Don't have the money to have a different contractor to fix water problem, temp in house doesn't get above 72 deg.

      I had a navien combi boiler installed by this company in November 2020, Had nothing but problems with since installation. Called town of ******** inspector in February 2021, after numerous times of system failing, no heat/ hot water, First there was no permit pulled for this job,. After the plumber stated ge rewired the harness, unit was working until this past Friday Feb 26th, Got home, no heat or hot water, tried calling plumber, and no voice mail available. Had to call a company that came and worked endlessly until 300am, and had to return Saturday morning to replace parts that were broken. The cost was 1750.00 for repairs, and the inconvenience if me not having heat, the house temperature plunged 52 degrees. The worst part is that I'm still paying for this unit, that I financed, and it was a 10 000.00 job, that is super expensive for a unit that's only a little over 1 year old. Extremely frustrating. please research and get back to me. Thank you very much

      ****** I am a little confused by the review. As you can see we have mostly 5 star reviews. We initially had some problems with the unit but were there until we were able to solve the problem. The service technician that was at your home was our partner and everything associated with the repair was under warranty. We try to respond to all issues immediately and go over and above on every job. Unfortunately, there are some issues that are out of our control. We are definitely not perfect but we do not deserve a 1 star. We have not heard from you so I assumed that everything was working fine. We have a service department that could arrive the same day if problems arise. As I said, the system is under warranty. Please make a correction about the permit not being pulled. The permit for this job was submitted and not looked at by the town, I personally confirmed that and the system was inspected and passed inspection. Bill Ladas, owner.
