    I want to give 0 stars!! Terrible experience. This has been a roller coaster ride of terrible customer service and professionalism. Edwin is not to be trusted. From the beginning he gave me one quote and then said to go through insurance because it would be easier. This is my first time owning a home and boy was he wrong. I went through insurance just to find out after the roof was completed that he charges more if insurance is involved in order to get a bigger paycheck then what he would charge if it were in cash. That is not only unethical that is absolutely stealing from insurance companies. I asked him several times after I found this out if the price would differ if he I would've given him cash and he said yes. I explained multiple times that that is not right because it is the same exact job. He did not care. Waiting for insurance check to come in was a nightmare because they take forever. All Edwin did throughout the waiting period was call me or text me to see if the checks had arrived. I had to stop picking up his phone calls and text messages and ask him to stop calling me. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is basically a con-man with an LLC. I will reporting him to the Better Business Bureau for his lack of professionalism and unethical behaviors. He should not be in business. Go someplace else!
