I ordered glasses on March 30. I still haven’t received my glasses. They keep saying there’s a problem or issue that they’re not ready. This wouldn’t be such a big of a deal but we went through my insurance and I didn’t think I could cancel and get another place to do it because it was already put through. If I knew it was going to be three+ weeks or so I would have gone somewhere else. It normally only takes a few days, it was very unprofessional for them to not be honest with me. I still have not received my glasses.Business response

We are very sorry for the stress the delay has caused you. The normal turn around time is 7-10 business days. At Meriden Eye Care, we will not provide you with a pair of eyewear that does not pass our high quality inspection standards. We did have to return your glasses to our lab for them to be remade and we did our very best by keeping you informed throughout each step of this process. It is our goal to always provide great service and patients with their glasses in a timely manner; however, sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control, this is not always possible. We are pleased that you were able pick up your new eyewear.Customer response
