    Marilyn at Vision Alliance, Inc was very responsive and answered all of my buyer’s questions on the purchased property. Throughout the process, Marilyn provided answers to all questions and left a security system for the buyer to keep at the house. The materials and extent of the work in the property are above average compared to other remodeled homes I’ve shown to my clients.

    My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Marilyn Moyles. She was super professional and accommodating, so much so that we moved into our new home in about 3 weeks of first seeing the home and right before Christmas! From first tour of the house to weeks after the sale, Marilyn was there every step of the way making sure we had what we needed for us to feel comfortable and to move the sale forward. After moving in, she stopped by to drop off a Christmas present and sample paints. It was a nice gesture. There were no delays, personable, and always able to get in contact with her. I am sure there are other parts of the process I did not realize to comment on since it is my first home purchase, but in my opinion it went as smoothly as possible.
