Place an order for a charm/pendant (********** **********. The day the order was delivered by ***, I emailed *********** customer service to request a refund for the following reason(s): 1. The pendant is of poor quality; the picture on *********** clearly shows the crest/logo and it is recognizable 2. The item purchased and received with the crest/logo is unrecognizable and required that I get a magnifying glass just to see the engraving. 3. The pendant/charm is thin very poor quality and not at all worth $600.00 I received an email from a customer service representative that stated that engraved items could not be returned. The jeweler has the ability to melt the gold and make the charm again and this will not cause a financial burden. I sent a follow-up email to escalate my request for a refund and did not receive a response. I also called *********** on 5/6/2022 and was unable to reach a representative by phone.
