We had 2 layers of old roofing removed, JT Burke repaired many damaged areas of the sheathing before installing new water and ice over the entire roof. They installed metal capping which was nonexistent which caused our issues in the first place. Very professional and courteous crew. They then reroofed our house and installed new seamless gutters and downspouts. New flashing was also included. We had them do some ceiling repairs in a leaking bedroom. Very satisfied! Do not hesitate to call as they really are a family run business with a personal touch!

We hired JT Burke this year to replace our house and garage roofs and to strip all the siding and trim from the house, including soffits, window casings, etc. Everything on the house was removed and replaced. All I can tell you that we had extremely high expectations about the work to be done and what the finished home would look like. JT Burke exceeded those expectations. The trim is all Azek and the siding is a high-end vinyl that looks excactly like wood shakes. You literally have to walk up to the house and touch it to see if it is wood or not. They also replaced the gutters. The roof crew was extremely fast and neat. Each day, the yard and driveway were cleared. The garage and house roofing was done in about 2-1/2 days. It looks perfect. The coup de grace is the siding and trim. I took months to decided what I wnated and Johnny Burke was patient with me the entire time, even putting up samples on the home to help me decide. Most people would have shut the door when they saw me coming. The siding and trim crew completely stripped the house (a 3 story 1900 home) in 2 -1/2 days. Again, like the roof crew, the siding crew cleaned up all the debris daily so that you wouldn't know they had been there other than seeing the work being done on the house. The siding crew were lead by a hardworking, but very nice, funny and pleasant perfectionist, named Orlando. He painstakingly spent weeks of time on the home making sure that he and his crew had every measurement and cut perfect. Once the job was done, we had a punch list of a few minor items and the fixes were done within a week. The installation is the best I have seen. We are so overwhelmed at how it turned out. I truly can't recommend JT Burke enough. This is the third time they have done work at our home (sliding windows in, and roof on, a porch) and the experience is always pleasant and positive. I read the other reviews on this page and our experience is not at all what the NL and SW wrote.

I would warn anyone to stay away from this firm! The salesman ,one of the family members will come in and tell you how they will install your windows and then not follow through. The installers were throwing the old windows from the second floor of my home. They did not insulate as promised so I still have drafts. Again I would recommend you stay away from JT Burke and Sons at all costs!
