John H******* was referred to us after our son was struck by a drunk driver and lost his life due to the injuries. We knew from our first meeting with John we were in the best hands and he only had our best interest at heart. John and his team were compassionate, professional, kept us up to date each step of the way. Because of John’s integrity and tenacity, the best possible settlement was received. After being seriously injured in a car accident someone suggested I call RisCassi and Davis and I’m thankful I did. From my first meeting with Attorney John Houlihan, Jr., I felt comfortable that my case would be handled professionally with my best interest at heart. He and his staff were always pleasant, answered all of my questions and promptly returned my calls. All they did allowed me to concentrate on getting well and back to my regular, everyday life. Paul I********* has been simply amazing! This has been a very long drawn out case and ended up in Paul's hands. He has gone above and beyond in reaching out, responding, clarifying documents or next steps. My son and I would highly recommend him and his team. He has made this whole process bearable. Amazing firm!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Patrick Kennedy, and there are not enough characters in the review to get my point across. When I say 10/10, I mean it with every ounce of me. I was injured for life in a car accident, and I would not have been able to do it without the help from Patrick and his paralegals. All of them are amazing, kind hearted people, all of whom put in the work to get things done. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and understanding through the process. We had a great experience with Ricassi&Davis Law Firm. John H******* was our Lawyer,needing a malpractice lawyer isn’t always an easy choice. Attorney Houlahan came to our home, he made us feel very comfortable and was easy to talk too. We would recommend John to anyone that needs a professional no nonsense lawyer. I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Patrick Kennedy at Riscassi & Davis on the recommendation of a friend after I sustained injuries in a car accident. I knew almost nothing about personal injury law and what to expect. Patrick took the time to explain the way in which he would work on my case and set up realistic expectations about the process. Riscassi and Davis were referred to me by a friend after being involved in an accident, The team of Paul I********* Heidi G****** and Kim G******* were fantastic. Paul I******** guided me through the process from start to finish, Heidi and Kim worked with me to gather and submit information, and also kept me informed of meetings and proceedings, and answered any questions i had. The thing that impressed me most, was that they cared about me. They treated me like family. They responded quickly to any of my inquiries. They took the time to listen to me, and they always responded with a kind and caring attitude. Attorney Jainchill and his staff namely Cindy and Joanne ( I am sure there were others behind the scenes) went above and beyond for me and my family. From listening to my rants of frustration about my accident to always getting back to me whether it was office hours or not, they always showed professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. Even though it was a tough case for all of us, they never gave up and saw it through with compassion all the way to the end. Thank you RisCassee and Davis team. I am sure Bill would be very proud of you all.
