We hired JD Construction to redo our patio because it was small and sinking in one area. The patio sloped towards the house causing water to pool at the foot of the stairs. We hired JD to pitch the patio correctly so this would no longer be an issue, however the water now pools just in a different, much larger area. We paid $5,000 by check on Friday 5/20 when he finished the job. We contacted JD the day after they completed the job (Saturday 5/21) and James told us he would be out Thursday 5/26 or Friday 5/27. He never came on either of these days. On Friday 5/27 at 2:27pm, we texted James asking if he would come out and received no response. On Tuesday 5/31 9:41am, we called James and left a message asking when he would come back out to fix patio. He did not respond. Looking at ****** reviews, he seems to do poor jobs, get paid, and then not respond. We would like our money back or the patio to be pitched correctly.Customer response
