I purchased a car from Mazda on 8/5/20. I had purchased the extended warranty. I won't get into the fact that the individual lied about what was covered. I had to trade the car in for a truck and contacted Phil, the individual that sold me the extended warranty to cancel. He evaded my communications. I was finally able to reach a general manager that had the paperwork ready for me to cancel on April 24, 2021. I filled the paperwork out to cancel. The sales manager Eddie said he would have Phil process the cancelation form and send the paperwork out that day. As of May 18th, 2021 the extended warranty company has not received any notice of cancelation. I once again contacted the dealership and no one has returned my calls. I feel they are attempting to scam me on a warranty and are in breach of contract as the warranty is cancelable.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My complaint #******** has been resolved by the managing partner. No further action is necessary.
