5 starsSold m house with Adam two months ago. Process was easy and I received everything I was promised. A very honest and trustworthy company to deal with. 1 starBased upon my experience with with this company, it should not be the way business is conducted as a licensed professional.
You did not disclosed that you are a realtor.
They only discussed purchasing the property directly from me as a CASH buy/investor. If I had wanted to list my condo I would have done so with my realtor.
Do not do business with them. They are shysters.

1 starI'm not impressed actually very disappointed. Tom of Puchrock agreed to purchase our home at a set price in June of 23. Here we are more than 3 months later and going from buying from me to actually just brokering my house away which is fine but 90 days?
I'm almost 70 years old, 11/11/53 and disabled, military vet. and really have a difficult time negotiating the stairs in my house. As of 9/27/23 my house is empty because we were supposed to close on 9/29/23 but the house failed inspection.
Now they want my wife and I too come in to the attorney's office to sign our deed over and the borrower' does't even have a mortgage yet, actually my house has to be re-inspected and pass, then back to the underwriter and we're supposed let them hold our deed in escrow.

1 starSpam! Sick of them calling day and night even calling my children's phone for property we don't even know. We've tried talking to management to remove us from the list and they continue to harass us! I tried asking for management and they hung up on me! Lord knows what other bad business practices they have! There is a way to do business and this isn't the type of place that knows how to.PurchRock, LLC
