    I ordered a Living Tribute gift on October 26, 2024 and my charge card paid $97.00. I had paid extra to expedite a card to the family and they never received it. What is my recourse?

    I received an email confirmation that for order #****** which was purchased on August 12, 2024. This was a tribute to a deceased friend, and I expected to get the card promptly. To date, it has not been received, and 2 emails have not been responded to. At this time, it is beyond timely to give this to a grieving family, so I would like to be refunded in full.

    I purchased two trees to be planted in ***** September 27, 2023. I received an email saying the card was delivered. My family member never received it. I emailed twice and no response. October 25, 2023 I sent a letter. They haven’t responded. I called three times. I left a message twice. I haven’t received a call back from them. Since I ordered the trees, my family member has moved. The address is in the letter I sent. I am so disappointed. I’ve used this service before and liked it.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, the **** tracking does show that your card was delivered, however we are always happy to send out a replacement card for our customers. Please provide the new or updated address to us via email, as we have not received the above mentioned letter. We will then be happy to send your replacement card and a new tracking number.
