      Splitty.com is a scam, anytime they say someone will call you back, they never do, and the call always seems to disconnect, scam, they will book your hotel room for the wrong date, the charge you 2 times for the room, this has also cost my 145$ in international phone calls on my cell phone.

      Called to book a reservation for a room for the G7. When I arrived at the hotel I got a price of 109$ Cdn for a room for a Military member. And 139.00$ without discount. Traveluro sent me my itinerary with the booking but no price. However when I got my statement from my visa they had charged my account 386.00$.... Firstly, I tried to cancel and you could not without giving 7 days before travel and was not specified. When speaking with the representative she was talking over me and would not allow me to speak my case. I tried to make many attempts to speak with someone regarding this with no luck.

      I don't want to even give them one star! I booked a room through them for ****** ******* and we had a fluke historical snowstorm come true and canceled my event and the reason for my visit and also hotels or closing down and bridges because of the storm and they would not even let me reschedule the room for a later date. Didn't even ask for a refund but because Mother Nature decided to shut things down completely out of my hands they did not make it right! They are thieves and shame on them you are a terrible company and I would never refer you to anyone!

      I booked with them in October my travel had got interrupted and I was stuck in another state couldn't Make it to my destination I booked with them priced at 564 dollars and they didn't refund or accommodate me at all

      I booked with TravelEuro to stay at a hotel at the end of a 113 mile organized bike ride my husband was participating in up in the ***** ********** During the ride, he was overcome with heat exhaustion and altitude sickness and the medical aid support team suggested he should stop riding and go back to a lower altitude. I called to see if we could cancel our reservation as he was not finishing the ride due to sickness and we needed to leave the high altitude in the mountains. I spoke to their representative on the phone who assured me "I would absolutely receive a refund" and that she was "endorsing my reservation to the escalation team". As it was a busy weekend for this area due to the organized bike ride, I called the hotel and cancelled the reservation so that they could book it to someone else. The hotel refunded TravelEuro for what I paid. When I requested my refund in writing from TravelEuro, they refused.

      I booked with GoSplitty thinking I was getting a good deal, but I was actually getting ripped off. Upon checking in at my hotel I was told that I'd have to pay $450 in resort fees. This was mentioned NOWHERE on GoSplitty's website, email confirmation, receipts, or anywhere. This is extremely deceiving practice that makes GoSplitty prices seem cheaper when they are NOT. Their customer service agents say that it is the hotel's right to charge fees but this is not the issue. The hotel is welcome to charge fees, but it is GoSplitty's responsibility to DISCLOSE those extra fees, just like most reputable third party booking websites do. Very disappointed.

      Terrible company. Very unreliable to book hotel. They will confirm the booking, charge you, and then cancel the day before. They failed to rebook the hotel as well, in timely manner. They are a fraudulent company. You may get lucky but I do not recommend trusting them. None of their staff cared whatsoever about the inconvenience for cancelling a hotel the day before - not helpful
