This company is a far cry from the integrity and honest claim they try to make about themselves. Stay far away. Excuse after excuse is all I have heard from them. I would not hire them to clean dust, move dust or ANYTHING unless you want to be lied to.

We are so disappointed that you were not satisfied with our services, and the outcome . In all honesty, I cannot believe the allegations and lengths that you went to; all to defame our company name. We are a small minority own business that has been in business for over 3 years. Every one of our customers speak of our integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Upon pick up at your family’s residence they were informed that, we “Do not guarantee any specific delivery dates. We will try and get your order out 1st if possible(within 5. Days or so). It depends on the drivers we use, and weather.” She was OK with that, and stated; “ i’m fine with that, but my daughter is not as patient as me, she can be a hot head”. First red flag. Immediately after pick up you begin calling inquiring the safety of the dollhouse. You were contacted within 24 hours and assured that everything was OK. Less than 36 hours later you called and no one got back to you within a 24 hour period, and you filed the dispute with the third-party app who set the transaction up. Another red flag. Someone contacted you soon as they got around to your message and explain to you, the situation that we were experiencing with our truck. Our company was very transparent with you about exactly what was going on with the truck, the trouble we were having finding the part for the truck, and every ETA we were given. You then retracted your dispute. You were informed every other day. Again, you must’ve called and did not get a response within 10 hours from your voicemail, and things became unprofessional on your end. You begin with leaving messages with threatening speech, Scare tactics, and then derogatory remarks. Big red flag. To not engage in negativity; partially because we understand the frustration on the receivers end, we kept our conversations short and few. You accused us of damaging your property, and said that we had to pay an estimate that you made up, and you were assured that the dollhouse was not damaged. We asked you did you want pictures to show it was intact you said no you just want it off our truck .Your next step, was giving us blocked from the third-party app that set up the transaction, then you proceeded to leave us bad reviews on any platform that you could find us on. You even went as far as to leave negative reviews on services that we never offered you, just to make our company look bad. After telling you that the vehicle was towed closer to you so that we were within 150 miles to accommodate you. You notify the authorities and claim that we stole your family heirloom. Another red flag. We did nothing illegal as we explained the The cargo was running late. Not going to named drop, but big companies run months behind all the time. In the mix of all this we kept it professional with you at all times, and were dedicated to getting your product to you and the condition it left the pick up address in, but then you notified your bank we fraudulently took your money and had the deposit of $384.99 reversed. With the length you went to, to criminalize and defame our company, the only intelligent thing to do at that point was true return to sender. Drivers took pictures upon dropping the dollhouse at its pick up address to ensure there were no absurd complaints about damage. Again I am sorry for the inconveniences you may have had in all of this, and you are entitled to protect and defend what’s yours. Due to the fact we are not a big corporation, but a small minority owned business you spared no time trying to destroy the credibility and integrity, that we worked 3 plus years (over 25 years experience) to build.

We have photos to prove and discredit the theft, and damage allegations. Your bank refunded your money, and everything was returned to the origin of pick up, and unwrapped in front of your family, with no issues. Best wishes.
