Avoid Silverline at all costs. While the roofing work they did was fine, they caused damage to siding and never returned to fix it despite multiple attempts to schedule. One time David never showed at the scheduled time, when I called and texted he verbally said he gave a different client priority that day (without alerting me). Eventually he stopped responding at all. We also wanted a non working fan removed during the roofing job that wasn’t done. He was going to charge us more to come and redo that section. Never came out to do either of those things. When I expressed frustration that my garden which I had just sunk $$ into was busted up by his workers he was condescending in response “oh darling do you want me to buy you some more flowers?” When it came time to sell my house, found out he had never pulled the permit. When I attempted to ask him to do this since I paid for it as part of the work (and was told we wouldn’t schedule until that was ready) he started the process online but never completed it. I had to clean up his mess in order to sell my home.
