In home care was started in April 2022. Comfort Keepers requested autopay from my checking account. Over several weeks, I noticed a significant number of overcharges. I contacted them and was told they would correct this, however the overcharges continued. I called for correction almost weekly without getting a response. In June 2022, I requested a full accounting of charges and credits to date in order to reconcile charges. As of September 2022, I have received nothing. Due to the lack of response, I removed permission and cancelled the autopay on the provider's payment website. Suddenly, on September 13, we had four unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. Another two were made the following day. Access to altering or discontinuing the autopay function is now disabled on their site. I am hoping BBB can help resolve the situation before I am forced to take legal action recommended by my bank.Business response

I reviewed the client's invoices today as the BBB complaint is the first time that I was made aware that this situation was unresolved. There was a misunderstanding regarding overtime pay for one of our caregivers and I though I had revised and resent all of the invoices in July. I went through all of the invoices, and changed the overtime rates to the regular rates and resent the invoices to the client. I also applied the credits to the current invoice and asked the client to review and respond to me directly if there is ever any questions regarding the invoices. I believe this matter has been resolved.
