I would like a copy of my families membership agreement from Core Club & 24/7 Gym, *** **** *** ****** ** ************ Owner Deb V******. She tried to over charge my daughter for a spray tan on 7/1/21 for the second time. I asked for a copy of my families contract and she said no. She also is selling class cards to members that expire. They should not expire and should be treated like a gift card. Also, after a membership auto renews she is not letting members cancel during that second year. I thought you were able to cancel a gym membership after the 1st month of the second year. I have not been able to get a copy of many membership agreement in over 3 years. This is the third time she tried to over charge me for a service, therefore I need my membership agrements. ****** ***** ************Business response

Per my discussion yesterday with *******, please find attached the page from my purchase and sale agreement that was executed by both parties and witnessed by a Commissioner of the Superior Court of Connecticut, delineating the issue at hand.
Please note under section 20.2 "Consulting", the complainant was employed as an "at will" employee after the sale for a period of roughly 8 months, per the agreement. Ms. ***** is no longer an employee of Core Club and 24/7 Gym.
Under section 21 "Membership" I was and continue to afford the complainant a membership for life along with her partner, ****** ********.
I have and will continue to abide by the terms set forth in the agreement. Beyond the gym membership, any additional services will be charged at the same rate (full price) as any other member of Core Club and 24/7 Gym.

I am rejecting this response because: She is in breach of the contract attached - membership agreement. This is the second time she has tried to overcharge my family.
