Hi I want to discuss a situation with a propane gas company, (Suburban propane) . I called this company to notify them that the propane tank they installed is tilted and touching and demaging the wall stucco of my house and there is risk of gas leak as tank was tilted. the company sent guys to fix it. Service guys asked me to sign that they were here for service, nothing was discussed for any charges when I called for this issue. Later, rather than taking care of damage done by propane tank mis installment, the company sent me bill for $313.73 dollars. I couldn't understand, so I called and Spoke with representative Ms. Mary Ellen S****** and discussed whole situation, she asked me to sent pics of damaged wall and said that she will look into it, later she replied that she cannot take off charges as I requested to move cylinder in past as well. I explained her that at that in past I paid for that services and this time I didn't want to move or change position, this time it was moved due to mis installment and it was damaging my house, so it was company's fault that they have not installed it properly and nobody talked about any changes when I called to notify that situation. (They can check the recording of that call). then she emailed me that she will discuss with her manager and get back to me, Last email was from 8/23/23, since then I have not received any communication from her or from company regarding this situation. I got quote of $1550 ($650 to fix stucco and $900 for repainting that wall) to fix the wall damage done by Company's propane tank. I want to request the company to remove those charges and pay for the wall damage repair. attached are the pics of demaged wall and side of tank that was touching the wall. I will really appreciate it if someone can look into it and help me regarding this. Thank you *********.
