      I am unsure of how to remove my earlier review, so I am updating it instead. Both a manager with the initial L and the Director of Operations reached out to my family within a few days. L was very warm, understanding and tried to look at the situation fairly and objectively. We accept their apology and recommend this place as we never had an issue with staff before in the past. They seem to really care about their patients from check in to clinical care and do strive for excellence. Thanks L and D (Director of Operations) for reaching out!

      Literal Angels work here. Dr Max and the lovely nurse who helped me went above and beyond. They have so much love for their patients the amount could never be measured. Thank you for all your care. I highly recommend them.

      I am so sick. I believe I have Covid. I waited outside in 25 degree weather for 3 hours. One woman came out about an hour in, counted the line, told ‘the guy in the green sweatshirt’ that he’s the last one and to tell everyone who shows up that they’re no longer taking people. The same woman comes out and starts taking names and numbers, 3 hours after I’ve been there, for us to sit in our car and wait. So it’s now my turn. I said to the girl, ‘I’m sick as hell and I believe I have Covid. I need to be seen and have been waiting in the cold, with no communication, for 3 hours. Why could you have done this earlier’. She said ‘Hold on’. Another woman comes out and says, ‘who’s the rude one’. I said I’m assuming you mean me, as I just said that I’m really sick and shouldn’t be outside for 3 hours. You guys didn’t communicate with us, a young girl passed out in line, we called 911… she was so sick and waiting… the lack of communication was what I’m most upset about. She said, you’re not being seen today, Goodbye. I said really? Because I expressed my opinion about this? She thought about it and said yup. You’re not being seen. If there is a manager reading this, Covid is really bad right now. There’s going to be a ton of sick people coming to your establishment for testing and treatment. It’s unfair for everybody who is sick to be standing outside waiting. I understand it was a walk in basis, but the lack of communication about the understaffing and what not is not our fault. You should have somebody coming out and updating us every half hour or so. You should also have a sign that says no more tests available. It’s not fair that the gentleman in the back of the line had to be the one to tell the last 20 people that there’s no more tests. The way that this was handled today was unprofessional and I’m really upset. I did not deserve to be sitting outside for three hours to be told that I’m not being seen because I asked them why they didn’t communicate or take our name and number three hours ago. There was a woman there from 730 waiting, she didn’t go in until 1130. It would’ve been nice for your staff to let us know what was going on. I will not recommend you guys to anybody. Get your act together it’s only going get worse from here. Update. I am Covid positive

      I went in for a travel consultation, costing me $75, and was told that they did not have the Typhoid Vaccine on hand (which they advertise as having online) and that they would order it and get back to me within a day or two. When I called back two days later, the receptionist apologized and told me no vaccine was ordered and that the doctor who I met with was not there for another week. When I asked her if she could contact him and get me a prescription for the pharmacy, she told me that was not possible. I’m trying to understand why I paid for a service and am now left in the same place as I was before I went in: no vaccine and no way to get one. The receptionist told me to call my primary care physician, which was frustrating because if that was the case, I would have gone to them first and saved me the trouble and money of visiting the urgent care facility. The vaccine needs to be administer at least a month before travel and now if I wait, I am passing that threshold. I went there and paid for a service that was not provided.
