Pool company was contracted for bi weekly service for the summer of 2021 and stopped providing service after three visits. Attempted to call but their mailbox was full each time and emailed numerous times with no response. On their third visit they took our pool cover as they recommended replacement. Again no return of phone calls or emails to return our cover. We have after no response advised them that we are terminating their services and to return our pool cover.Still no response or pool cover. Service contract signed June 7th 2021 for ** ******* **** for opening, bi weekly visits and pool closing.Initial Complaint

Aquatic Technologies was supposed to build, service and complete a new pool for me with a winter cover. The owner of the company sub contracted most of the work to a vendor who has performed well. However, to insure the quality and curing of the plaster finish, Aquatic technologies has not shown up to perform the serves. PH, Chlorine and over water quality has been an issue and has resulted in scaling and whit e staining on the plaster finish. We have had to contract with another service provider to maintain the pool at additional cost. Moreover, multiple calls, texts and emails go unanswered from Aquatic. During construction process, owner disappeared for weeks causing more than a 6 week delay. In order to get the job finished I needed to make changes to materials specified, to lower quality to get job finished 6 weeks behind schedule. Owner claimed on few occasions we spoke or met cops confiscated his phone. The Plaster finish is impaired and balance owed is needed to pay for fix.Initial Complaint

Pool care company got fully paid for the season, on a contract that included twice monthy visits and all chemicals. Since July 12 they do not show up, do not answer phone or accept messages, and do not respond to repeated emails. Before that they missed appointments and failed to keep the pool balanced. Resolution is to resume service, perform as promise, and refund for services and chemicals not performedInitial Complaint

We recently bought our home and as part of the deal, the seller arranged to have a pool heater installed. Aquatic Technologies was paid for this work (and told to bill the seller for any additional parts required) on 2/19/2021. Since we moved into the home and began reaching out to Aquatic Technologies on 6/2/2021, they have proven unwilling to complete the job. After a month of chasing Shaun, the owner and president, he came to our property only to tell us that he couldn't access the heater in the pool shed. We opened the doors to the pool shed the next day, and spent another week begging him to come back and finish the job. When he returned on 7/8/2021—over a month after we requested service—he partially installed the heater, left the old one in our yard, and neglected to tell us another part was required to finish. Since then, we've been emailing and calling to no avail. He's not only unwilling to communicate with us, but refuses to complete the work he was paid for 5 months ago.
