On 3/3/24 I ordered a CMC thumb brace and finger sleeves. The CMC brace I received was for the wrong hand and the finger sleeves were too small. I called 3/14/24 and was told I would receive a return label. After several more emails and phone calls I finally received the return label on 3/30/24. On 4/15/24 I received the correct CMC brace and they returned the finger sleeves to me. I recalled the company. They said they would issue a refund to me. I recalled the company today questioning the amount of my refund and was told there was a restocking fee which had never been mentioned previously. They then said the difference could be used on a future purchase. I said no thank you as this whole process was arduous, frustrating, and inconvenient. Hello Christine, We owe you an apology. The exchange was delivered to you accurately but mistakenly we also shipped back to you the same Finger sleeves. Restocking fees was an error so we have rectified the problem and refunded you fully for your order. We also understand that the Restocking fees are disappointing but HPFY returns back in the form of Reward points back to the customer in their HPFY account so that they can use in their furture purchases. I ordered a product on 4/9/24 and cancelled the order via a phone call to customer service on 4/10/24 after confirming with the representative that the order had not been processed for shipment. I requested a full refund. The customer service representative was rude and combative during our conversation. I also followed up with an email so that my cancellation request was in writing. Per the Cancellation Policy, an order can be canceled before it has been prepared for shipment. On the morning of 4/12/24 I received an email that the product has shipped. I do not want the product, and expect a full refund.Health Products For You Response

Hello ****** We apologies to hear about the bad expereince that you had in your recent order. However, since it was an expedite order, so we were trying our best to ship the order on time. As per your cancellation request on the next day, we reached out to the manufacturer to cancel the order but it was already shipped and is showing scheduled delivery on 13th April. Kindly, refuse the delivery and in failure to do so, we will be sending you the prepaid return label to pick the items from you. I ordered a product from them and did not receive a shipping confirmation so canceled and ordered from another company. Unexpectedly, the HPFY order was delivered and customer service ineptitude ensued. I finally was able to get a return label and have been trying to get at least a partial refund from this company for three weeks. Still no credit. Caveat emptor!Health Products For You Response

I am a doctor who had to undergo emergency colostomy. I ordered product a week ago and nothing has been sent. Given the emergent nature of these supplies that is unforgivable. I have canceled my order and encourage anyone who is considering buying product from this company to know past this site to a more reliable company. I will be warning the many people I see each week to do the same. Shame on you - if you have supply issues tell the client.Health Products For You Response

Absolutely frustrating experience. Placed an order Jan 10th, and didn’t find out until I followed up a week later that the item was out of stock and they’d follow up with the distribution team. I asked to cancel my order and suddenly received a shipping notice. After almost a month it has finally arrived. I find it dishonest to not inform customers of the back order status up front. Had I known I could have gotten the item elsewhere. I also find it odd that the negative reviews here have 4 starsHealth Products For You Response

Ordering was easy, but shipping took longer than I expected. It's a small tube that came in a simple envelope from the next state over, so I don't know why it took so long and cost so much for shipping. Hopefully the product will work and be worth the price.Health Products For You Response

Bibs I ordered are really CRAP. I would never have bought them if I knew they have no waterproof backing. Everything hasn’t arrived yet. One item twice sent in boxes large enough for more. Expensive to me because I only get Social Security. My health is getting worse, so I need the pull-ups but I barely can afford them. They do not hold the urine in & are much worse if I am having Diarrhea.Health Products For You Response
