            I had old a/c and condenser in my upstairs replaced and a new ******** a/c and condenser with two wall units installed in my downstairs in 08/2018. Ductless a/c has never run right. First day after installation, I woke up to a snow cone machine spewing ice into my room. I was told they had mixed some some lines up and corrected the problem. In the fall of 2018 ******** units weren't putting out heat. I called and was told there was a refrigerant leak. They corrected the problem. The units are not used during 6 winter months. I have oil heat in my house. I have a service contract with Air Inc. to come out and do a yearly service on both the regular a/c unit and ******** a/c. In summer of 2018, I unit didn't work. I called Air Inc. again and was told AGAIN there was a refrigerant leak. I was told there should not be so many leaks as this is a closed system. Finally, one tech discovered that the ******* units were recalled. They replaced the units in 2020.Today the units won't heat.

            01/10/2023- I had our oil water heater replaced with a tank less water heater. (Mike ) the project manager came out the day before to review the work site and explain all that would take place the next day. Mike showed up before the crew and the crew arrived at the time scheduled . All the techs were extremely professional - they had the system installed an running within 6 hours and checked in with us the next day. As a single mom with a special needs child it was refreshing to have a such a positive experience with a professional well organized company!
