Home Care Service was contracted to replace the roof and renovate my home. After the renovation was done, we were made aware that a portion of the roof (flat surface) was not replaced. We contacted the company and told them what we discovered. After waiting many months they came and installed a piece of rubber over the 30 year old shingles while no one was at home - even though they were told to do the repairs when someone was at home because we no longer trusted them. Six weeks after the rubber was installed, it started detaching from the roof. We told them that we wanted the old shingles removed and repair the roof professionally. because that section of the roof leaks. They came again in July 2022 when no one was home and placed "another rubber" over the worn out shingles. We have been complaining to this company and missing many days from work because each time they provided us with an appointment to have the matter corrected, they never turn up. This is the second time this company proved to be dishonest. The first time was while they were renovating the interior of the house. There was water damage in the dining room so the ceiling had to be removed, however there was a chandelier in the room. We told them that we wanted to have a another chandelier at the same spot as the one before. To our surprise, the new ceiling was installed with an opening for the chandelier, however no electrical wiring was done. When we confronted Tyrone G***** about the matter, he said his electrician must have made a mistake. However, that same day I asked their electrician why he did that. The electrician told me "Miss that was no mistake, Mr. G***** told me to do exactly what I did". At this point, we do not want Home Care Service on our property, however they can have a professional company, approved by us do the repairs.
