Nov 9, 2021 - Business owner Annette M**oy used undthical deceptive business practice to purposefully and willfully extract money from me, which if she had told the truth and not lied- I would have not given her. She is only an "online"-"work-from-home" funeral service middle man. SHE LIED TO ME and said her place of business was closed because of covid and it was not financially advantageous to have it open. I NEVER HEARD OF AN ONLINE SHAM SHELL FUNERAL "HOME" BUSINESS. I was NEVER advised by her that she uses "unspecified un-named" 3rd party vendors for embalming and cremation which I would never agree to or approve. To this day April 20, 2022 she refuses to tell me who are the unapproved unauthorized 3rd party vendors, and what address ` what city these services take place. SHE TOOK MY $1,2830.00 cashiers check sent on Nov 19 2021 and cashed it - it cleared my bank Nov 26 2021. SHE DID NOT PURCHASE THE NATIONAL BURIAL POLICY WITH IT. she just kept the $ and spent it. On Feb 26, 2022 I demanded a refund and she said multiple times that she would refund the money, but lied each time, I am 71 and poor, she lives in a very expensive home with her husband, they are wealthy. She refuses to refrigeratecjy body fir viewing by my family prior to cremation - so I had to take money out of savings tonpre- pay AGAIN at a "real funeral home" where there is a real brick and mortar building where I could drive there, park in the parking lot, walk in to see embalming, refrigeration and cremation rooms. ON FEB 26, 2022 WHEN I DEMANDED A REFUND, 3 HOURS LATER, MS M**OY TEXTED ME A POSTAGE STAMP SIZE DOCUMENT SHE "CLAIMED TO BE A CONTRACT SIGNED BY ME BACKDATED TO NOV 25, 2021 THANKSGIVING DAY - WHICH I VEHEMENTLY DENIED EVER SEEING OR AUTHORIZING. I received a "copy" of this bogus phony fake document on Mar 4, 2022 - in which she FORGED my signature by typing it on the last page of the bogus document and typing "electronic signature on file". SHE IS LIAR, THIEF AND FORGER.
