I have an insurance policy with **** (52-3580072459-I-01), which is active and paid. I was recently contacted by my mortgage company because they have not received the latest proof of coverage from **** and they have been unable to get a response from anyone. I went to login to my app and do not have access anymore. I sent a form submission via the **** website (*******************************) at the beginning of February and did not hear back. I sent an email on 2/13 (attached) to follow up - no reply. I expanded the email to every **** email I could find and resent on 2/26 - no reply. At this point, I am concerned that this is not a real company and they are just taking my insurance premiums. I do not want to discover this is a scam when I need to use my insurance policy and can't get ahold of anyone.I need the business to: - promptly contact me to resolve my account access issues; - provide an explanation of why they have not forwarded my policy to ********** as requested - provide explanation of the lack of communication or updated contact informationBusiness response

We are trying to work with the condo association at The Spinnaker, **************************************************************************** Adjuster: *****************************,CAT Claims Examiner, ************ ****************** has been aggressive and bullying (he even hung up the phone, saying, "You follow my rules, and this is how it's going to work"). We have filed multiple complaints with the ****************. Building has severed damage because of the hurricane *** and ******. We want to talk to management about this case
