I want this company to stop the barrage of c*** they send me in the mail. This is spam, it's worse than spam because it requires action to dispose of. I do not want your catalog. I did not sign up to receive your catalogs. I have contacted you 4 times to ask you to please stop. They stop for a while, then the c*** starts showing up again.

I am rejecting this response because:It stops for a while, then you start sending it again. This is the 5th time I have gone through this. The c*** stops coming for 4 months, 6 months ***********, then it starts up again.
I can not stress strongly enough how your marketing materials are not welcome in my mail box.

Team DL referred ***** Fence. ***** installed my fence in March. There was horrible weather and I was very understanding of that. When the fence was completed the boards were too far apart, there were two 4x6 spaces in the bottom of the fence and there was 6 inches of mud in the drainage ditch. I hired someone to bag the mud. I called ***** *******/***** and he came in April picked up some bags of mug and left with the words--II WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT. That is the last time I spoke to him. I contacted Team DL on 5/25 and Lisa said she would get in touch with *****/*****. She did followup with me about 10 times asking if I had received a call from *****. On one occasion she said ***** had just told her he would call me. I have not heard from *****/***** since April. Initially I thought Lisa/TDL was helping but now it has been over a month since she has called me.Business response

We have continued to stress with our member the urgency of getting this resolved, and we apologize this has taken longer than expected. As of 8/3, the member has reached out via email to connect with you and find a resolution.
