Property was not completely as advertised. This condo was under exterior renovation and both decks and grill were missing from property. None of this was mentioned prior to coming to Sun Valley or even upon arrival. I have contacted Alpine Lodging in regards to this but have heard nothing in return. I am seeking compensation due to the diminished value of property and diminished use for our intended purpose. I was informed upon checkout that this has been ongoing for two years! The property in question is Sunburst condo 2739 and our stay was February 7th thru 12th. Should you look at the gallery of pictures you will see decks on upper and lower level with a bbq on the upper deck. None of this exists on this property currently. I seek compensation of 750 dollars in refund or towards our intended stay next year. I would appreciate any feedback on this. I also thought you might like to know of this misleading advertising in the " Hospitality" app that they use. Regards, ****** *. *****Business response

We are so sorry that your were not able to use the balcony and deck of the condo during your stay. Unfortunately, due to safety issues, all of the decks in the complex are being replaced. We understand that this is a major inconvenience for guests so we have actually priced these condos below market rates. We have also called out this information in the description of the property. It reads:
*PLEASE NOTE: Decks have been removed. Decks are scheduled to be completed and usable by end of April, 2022. Exterior landscaping to be completed in late spring, 2022. Concrete landing off of lower decks to be done in the late spring.
We feel we have been transparent about the work going on at the condo and have priced the condos fairly. We do not feel that a refund of more than half of the rent that you paid is warranted at this time.
