  Hogan roofing installed a new roof in 2018. We have issues with a few leaks and ice melting cables that are not working, in addition to issues with temperature control under the attic now that we have a new roof. We purchased an extended warranty for 10 years for labor at the time we paid for the new roof. Hogan Roofing has not answered any of our emails, phone calls and voice mails in over 12 months. We are asking them to honor the warranty we purchased and received for our new purchased roof and schedule the appropriate repairs to eliminate the roof leaks. Please call us back and answer our emails. Please schedule time to come and see the work that needs to take place and honor your warranty services.

  The work occurred the summer of 2021 which was a complete reroof job. I am located just south of Breckenridge, CO. The amount was over $10,000. The following spring, after the work had supposedly been successfully completed, I discovered a major leak in part of the roof. The leak caused my pantry to flood and door to swell to the point I could not shut it properly. This led to problems being able to keep the heat in my home. I tried to contact Jack O***** several times and was finally able to get him to come out to look at his work. He assured me that he would have his crew come back and rectify the issue that they allowed to happen. This was May of this year, 2022. I never heard back from the company and continued to try to contact them throughout the summer with no response whatsoever. I was actually able to speak to Gabby, the office manager, Who told me that Mr. O*****l would contact me. This never happened as he completely blew me off. I had my roof replaced because I was having issues due to the fact it was old and needed to be replaced. After they did the work the leak was quite a bit worse than what it was before they replaced it. I am only asking them that they come back and fix the work they promised to correct. When you spend that kind of money you expect quality product and workmanship. I don’t like being taken advantage of.

  We spoke to Mr ****** about the leak.  we went out and removed the snow from the 
  area of the leak  He was satisfied with the response and that we would be out there in the spring to fix the leak.

  Hello I filed a complaint last year about Hogan Roofing which is based out of Silverthorne. The company eventually contacted me and told me that they would rectify the problem. Therefore dropped the complaint and trusted that they would come out. Now, they are refusing to return my calls, or even answer the phone. I would like to re-open this complaint.
