I had a serious problem with my air conditioner and I called R Buck. I was given an appointment right way, and I was sent several text messages and emails reminding me know about the appointment date and time. **** came at the appointed time to service the air conditioner. Not only did he solve the problem but found a couple of other issues that I was not aware of. **** did an excellent job in record time and he also cleaned up the mess when he was finished. **** was very personable and courteous. I would call again when I need assistance, and I will request **** to do the service. Thank you to ********** for being such a great company.

They initially said they could not replace or fix the broken propane heater I had. Then they said I don't have the right shape crawl space for forced air. So for heat and cooling they suggested mini splits. I spent $18k+ for two mini splits. Fast forward to January and it's 45 degrees in the house and the pipes froze 3 times in 5 days. They come out and tell me these aren't actually for a primary heat source, and that they expected me to use the propane heater as the primary source....the one they initially said they couldn't fix or replace. Final kicker? The guy is like....let me get you an estimate for a new propane heater. Wth?? I could have done a lot more with that 18k than blow it on a disreputable company, only to have to buy a pellet stove elsewhere anyway!

R-BUCK installed new heater/ac unit yesterday 16 **** unit unreal Professional and Super Quality.Today **** came by checked all vents for flow and Temps passed big time. BIG SHOUT OUT R-BUCK and Personal. Thank so much.

***** technicians are real pros! We have had them repair our furnace when it went out and it works great now (two years and counting). We also had them install a central A/C unit and it works great. These guys come on time and do great work. We also have a maintenance contract with them for both our furnace and A/C. They even give us simple tips on how to maintain each unit to keep them running in tip top shape. We can't say enough good things about ***** HVAC company! Two thumbs up and five stars plus (more stars if we could give them more).

Our heater furnace had been out Since November 1st. After much troublesome nine days for a bogus and deceptive estimate quote, four days of no-shows and five in vain made promises not kept to have to replace the entire unit, we cancelled the so-called $7200 replacement and the loan agreement with AirPro One Source in ****************. It was a total disaster. We decided to contact ************ Heating and Air, in ****** yesterday. Their team was able to schedule an appointment yesterday for today 11/10. ****, their Technician @ ************ showed up 1/2hour earlier after calling us 20 mins ahead of time of arrival. Right away **** went on to troubleshoot the system, with knowledgeable professionalism keeping me up to date of the sequence of his actions. In the end he ended replacing the igniter unit to the Heater furnace with great success. He proceeded by following a quality check for operations and safety, after the unit fired up successfully. I recommend this company and technician **** Highly for his professional input and successful repair and give **** and the ************ a super 5*rating for a job well done!

He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will definitely use the company again.
