Just accessed their website and when I tried to use their website message center I was informed that same was completely full and would accept no more messages. I've encountered this non-responsiveness with other roofers I've contacted in my area ... they have so much work that if you're not a complete roofing job they don't want to be bothered.

Amazing stunning work, unbeatable when it comes to working with Insurance, fantastic customer service! There is no other company In ******** that I would ever recommend! They took my claim from a $600.00 repair to a $250,000.00+ replacement. Our insurance company basically wanted to tell ** that they didn't see damage and that that's all they would cover, and **** came to the rescue and not only got everything we wanted covered, they got much much more. As a result, we were able to do some work (we were already planning on doing) and legally cover our deductible. So we had zero out of pocket and in fact put a little in our pocket (again 100% legal). It sounded to good to be true, but as they were recommend by our insurance broker, we decided to take a chance and that was the best decision we've ever made! On top of all that, because they are referral only, they spent their advertising allowance on upgrading the products. Long story short, we didn't have to pay our deductible, infact we made a little "beer" money, and have top of the line products. The craftsmanship was second to none, the communication was always on point, and the service is simply outstanding. Construction by nature is never perfect, and you don't judge a company by doing a good job with a quick and easy project, you judge a company by their ability to make the customer happy in adverse situations! That is why I give Echo Repair, Remodel and Reconstruction 5 stars! I would give them more if it was possible. So the next time a hail storm hits your property, don't let a "door knocker" s**** you by jumping on your roof and telling you to make a claim, have Echo come out, assess the damage, check to make sure your insurance is adequate enough to make a claim, and then let Echo work their magic and get you what you truly deserve by your insurance (for making your premium payments for all those years), use the highest rated products, while performing nothing short of the best quality work! ERRR was a big help in dealing with our insurance company to make sure that the hail damage was fixed and the costs were covered by insurance. We had additional work completed by **** and his crew that was out of scope of the hail damage. We highly recommend using ERRR for your repair and remodeling needs.
