Hi ********,I would love to give you a Fave . However, the price increase since youve taken over ownership has been unreasonable. I have been a customer of KidTown for five years and have not once been offered a discount or sale on packages since you have taken control of the company.The reason I stay at Kid Town is because of the amazing people that work there. I built relationships with several of them over the years. ****** is a trustworthy caretaker for my children.Because of their integrity and nobility, I will continue to support their income. However, I am quite disappointed in your sales pitch to promote more business.With all respect,*****************************

I had an awful experience at this Kidstown location in Parker, CO. I wasn't a reviewer when this happened, but it's something that until this day is still on my mind and would like to share since I see that Melinda is still a director or owner there. I trusted this place with my children ages 3 and 7 at the time and thought it was a great idea and regularly left my children especially when I had to work and my regular daycare wasn't available. I was a single mom and made very little money as a bank teller. What I paid Kidstown per hour was more than I made at work. One day, I came to pick up my kids after work and I think I forgot my wallet, or realized I didn't have enough money, I forget exactly but I explained my situation to Melinda, and asked to pay them the next day. Melinda said she would not release my children to me until I came up with the money. I was younger and now that I think about it don't know how legal that was, but it was devastating. I had no family or anyone I could count on in Colorado for help. Luckily, I had a half-dollar coin collection at home and brought all my coins to pay to be able to pick up my children. These people had all my information, I had been going there for a couple years at least and there was no need for that. Of course, my circumstances are different now and my children are grown and I left Colorado, but this experience stayed with me... how heartless people were which seems to be common in Parker, CO. Shame on you, Melinda; I'm still disgusted by this place.
