      The complaint pertains to the KidsTown Center in Smoky Hill which is part of several centers including the Parker location. On August 5th we purchased a 48-hour care package for $460.50 from the center for our four year old child. We used 6 hours of the package, leaving approximately $400.00 left. Our child's experience that day brought concerns that there is a significant lack of appropriate supervision, structure and safety for children, and documentation of indents or reporting of this to parents. We contacted the Smoky Hill Center, Holly W*****, who we understood to be the site director. We were told that there was no option to get a refund, there was no inquest as to what the "incident' was, no offering to rectify or remedy the safety issue. We attempted several times to talk with Mrs. W*****, who as of August 13th we understand to be the Regional Director, only to be told there is no refund, and we have no recourse. Unfortunately, she has became defensive & combative.
