      I called this bussiness and talked with ******** on or about the 31st of May to inquire about room rates. She told me that she could give me a good deal because she owned the property. She gave me quote and I accepted and gave her my credit card. After an hour or so I had not gotten any confirmation so called back and got her husband and he quoted me much more. I wanted to talk with her and he said she was not available after I told him her quote. He was very rude and I was very mad at him and hung up, and they charged me for the room anyway. I feel their communication was very unprofessional and I should get my money refunded.

      My apologies to Mr. ******* for his unpleasant experience.  Everything Mr. ******* stated is true. However, the reason for the price difference was the addition of a night being added, because we didn’t have the the number of days he would be staying correct from the beginning.I tried to explain to him that we had indeed made an error in the original booking but he wasn’t listening to any of it, and in his angry state got mad and hung up on me. Never did he mention cancelling the reservation before he hung up.  I held the room for him and he never showed up. If Mr. ******* would’ve said cancel my reservation instead of hanging up on me, we wouldn’t be having a conversation about this.  I’m sorry he had a bad experience, but I feel justified in my actions and don’t feel as if Mr . ******* should get a refund. His credit card company felt the same or they would’ve refunded the charge.  Mr. ******* didn’t get the results he was after so complained to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that would pressure me into refunding his money.
