Do not ever use this company! What started as a simple job in April turned into a nightmare of ineptitude and dishonesty and ended up with our work not completed. Their reps quit without notice or even ordering our materials, When the materials did arrive they were incomplete/inaccurate. When workers did actually show up, they did not have the materials needed and/or simply walked off the job 3 times, I can provide dates/documentation. The "owner", Darcy, repeatedly lied to us about labor & materials, and finally said they were incapable of preforming the work. Please understand, I am aware of the difficulties of the labor market right now, we were more than generous in being flexible. Bottom line: it was a simple siding job, easily done in a day or two at most by competent tradesmen. Their service and communication was, frankly, appalling. The poor secretary, Kelly, was the only person who was honest and genuine with us. Please do not use this company, they are the worst of the worst, the positive reviews listed here are unbelievable. If I could give a 0/negative star rating I would.

There was no dishonesty whatsoever. The contract was signed on the last day of April. Material was ordered 3 business days later. Due to material shortages across the nation, it took a few months to get the siding. All material was delivered to the jobsite as soon as it arrived. There was NO missing materials. Due to material shortages, we had to manufacturer some trim pieces, or it would be several more months to get the material for the trim. Material was delivered to Mr, ******** home on August 5th (the day after we received it). The install was scheduled the following week, on August 12th. I had one crew that didn’t feel like he could do a good job installing this type of siding over a log home. I met with the second crew on the jobsite the same day. Mr. ****** instantly raised his voice and yelled at the new installer for absolutely no reason. Honestly, if I was that installer, I would have walked off too. The third installer did not exist. If Mr. ****** was aware of the difficulties with the labor market, he would not accuse me of lying about it. Mr. ****** and his wife were extremely rude and flat out mean to my secretary Kellie, along with my office manager. They throw out racial comments about my delivery guy. They called me up to yell at me several times. At this point, I decided that the best way for this to end is to refund their money. When I picked up the material from the jobsite, Mr. ****** was standing in the distance with his arms crossed staring me down in a very creepy manor. If only we business owners could rate our customers…
