            Specifically, the business’s website makes several health benefit claims regarding the results consumers can expect when using their products- particularly related to weight loss.

            The BBB Code of Advertising addresses claims of this nature in Section 34 where it states, “Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.”

            BBB requested that the business provide valid documentation to support the numerous health claims found on their website.
