I do NOT recommend this company at all. Employee turnover, lack of communication, no follow through and incomplete filing for my taxes. Excuse after excuse, meanwhile penalties applied to me from IRS. Months with no communication at all, several times I had to send ***** of ******** due to the turnover of employees. Which delayed any and all process. Requested refund of my monies, which has gone silent. Began this in 2019 and still having issues with no closure by the end of 2023. Now having to start the whole process over due to their absolute failure of this so called " Integrity" company. -star review

We were engaged by this company in Sept. 2019. We did indeed have some employee turnover ,but were able to get client two OIC's which would have cost her $12,334 total on her business (instead of the $229,000 *** debt) and a personal OIC for $13,333 total (instead of the $129,698 owed personally). *** requires a business or person to remain compliant thereafter for 5 years. Client paid the *** the lesser amounts required but defaulted on staying current on BOTH, and *** revoked both OIC's. We have 18 pages of contact information on this client, Client also stiffed us for $2810 of our contracted fee. We got her an excellent solution but she failed to follow through, and paid a heavy price.Review from David C

Integrity was very helpful to help me resolve my problems. Problems I did not know I had. It was a very complex circumstance and took a few years to resolve. But they came though. Very helpful. I had many call just to find out how I was holding up. During the past seven years, I have been working with Integrity Financial Associates, located in ********, ********. The work was necessary due to the results of a tax audit, that was not in my favor. As they held my hand, through what was an exceedingly tense situation for me, they were able to guide me through the process and save me money. I can say I was always satisfied with their work. The company offers high quality services. Hopefully I will not have this problem arise again, but if I did, Integrity Financial Associates, would certainly be my choice to resolve the situation in a timely and successful manner.Integrity Financial Associates, Inc. My wife and I had a hair salon near *******, *****. We got behind on our withholding (due to our ignorance and bad advice) and turned to Integrity for help. ******** and the entire team helped us through this and saved us a lot of money and sleepness nights. From experience, I can tell you not to do this alone or hire the wrong people. This is too important and costly to not hire these experts!*****************************Review from Fred H
