We recently contacted Elderlink when we needed to add additional home care for my husband who has advanced Parkinsons Disease. *****, the President of Elderlink, was professional in every way and compassionately listened to our needs. She worked with us until we found a great fit for some additional daytime care and companionship for my husband. She also helped us find some temporary overnight care in our home after my recent surgery. Our experience with Elderlink, staff and care workers has been 100% positive and incredibly easy, which is so much appreciated when dealing with a stressful situation involving a loved one.

I am fairly new to Elderlink and their services. I have been delighted with my experience thus far. My husband has both early onset alzheimers and epilepsy. He is still quite functional and active and needed some social stimulus. Elderlink paired us with a gentleman roughly the same age and activity level who spends four hours a week with my husband. It has been a liberating and rewarding experience. The organization has been wonderful to deal with. In particular, *****, the President ,is responsive, caring, and quite skilled in finding the right fit for your individual needs.Elderlink Home Care, Inc. Response

Finding unanticipated home care for my father has been very stressful. So glad we found Elderlink! Everyone with Elderlink has been wonderful. The caregivers we have for my dad are all very professional, compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable. All of the administration staff have also been wonderful, so easy to work with, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this business. They make a very stressful transition much easier for all family members across the country, keeping us updated on my dad's daily issues, and giving us peace of mind in knowing he's safe and well cared for.Elderlink Home Care, Inc. Elderlink has been wonderful to work with and sent us very good people to work with in our home. The team was very patient and helpful during a stressful time and their responsiveness and kindness were greatly appreciated. We have had two caregivers and both have been. Good fit for our needs. Working with ***** and her staff at Elderlink has/is been such a pleasure and relief in selecting a care giver for my 89 year old mother. My mom was so resistant to having any support as she is still fairly independent, but after a few weeks she and her caregiver have bonded and developed a great relationship. I sure appreciate the regular contact and followup regarding my mothers care on a frequent basis. I know my siblings and I made the right decision in engaging Elderlink at this stage of my moms life. It has afforded her the opportunity to remain in her home! I am confident should her health deteriorate, we can rely on Elderlink to easily transition to an elevated level of care if need be.Thank you!Elderlink Home Care, Inc. Response

Kindness, compassion, and integrity are of utmost importance to me in my life, and that carries over to the care for my mom. From my experience, the Elderlink staff and caregivers are people with those qualities. Elderlink put together a great team of caregivers to be with my almost 93-year-old mom each day of the week. I admire the staff's flexibility in working with our schedule and needs, and their communication is stellar. It really helps to know that Mom is safe and cared for at this time of her life when she can't care for herself.Elderlink Home Care, Inc. Response

I initially reached out to several agencies for care for my wife, who is battling brain cancer. Elderlink is the only agency who contacted me immediately by phone. It was personal. Others reached out to me by email. This personal and professional touch continues to be the standard throughout the care process. They have not disappointed. More importantly, my wife has gained a high degree of trust in her caregiver. My wife looks forward to seeing her.
