Ordered a mattress from them in 2020 and loved it. Ordered the same mattress series, in a larger size (King versus a Queen) and the firmness was nowhere near the same. Money-back guarantee is a lie. Free US shipping is a lie. Went from being a 5 star customer rating to a 1 star. So disappointed.

The sheets are super thin and do not feel at all like 600 thread count sheets. I did not take the sheets out of the package, but they charged me a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping to return this. This felt incredibly misleading, given that they have a so called "365 day return policy" - that they "want you to be happy with your product" etc. It says in confusing language that each return policy is unique, and I missed that they had a subsection on the sheets where they specify a specific return policy for those sheets. Given that these were 400 dollars sheets (an outrageous sum for oversized sheets), I'm incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

very cheap company who sent a different size then what was ordered and then not ready to replacement with correct order or return my money. Horrible customer support who do not answer your emails or phone calls. Please beware before wasting your money

We have a RV needed a special mattress, made I called customer service very knowledgeable great company to work with ,ordered the mattress it was delivered on time ,very comfortable mattress and a free pillow came with it ,my *********** both love the pillow that came with it,we will be ordering more pillows. very easy company to deal with, considering they are in a different state and you cannot see the mattresses. they are very good at explaining the mattress and making sure that it will be to your *************** yes I would recommend this

Purchased the 8 Park Meadow pocketed coil II in a short queen size for my RV. Was given a 3wk lead time but it was delivered in just over a week. Brought it right in and opened it on the bed platform. It expanded immediately to full height in a matter of minutes. This mattress is exactly what I was hoping for. My wife needs a firmer mattress because of back pain and I sleep on my side so I was shooting for medium firm with a soft but not too deep top. Bullseye! This mattress breaths well and stays cool. It doesnt transfer any motion or sink in the middle. We both love it! The advertised price was a bit higher than a couple of popular competitors all foam mattresses but discounts at checkout brought it to a comparable price.

The worst mattress I have ever slept on! The organic cotton cover is padded with some kind of polyester synthetic under the thin cotton, so that padding doesn't feel good nor springy, and adds another layer that compresses and sags, so makes the cotton cover moot. The Latex Foam layer isn't dense enough to have any spring back to it at all, which is one of the main reasons for buying the real latex instead of memory foam which sinks in and doesn't spring back. This is a $200.00 mattress with free shipping, shouldn't be the over $500.00 mattress that I paid for the horrible wimpy flimsy thing. Don't waste your hard to come by money on one of these mattresses!

Revel mattress was good at first until I went to wash it. The inner lining is loaded with cotton threads all along the seam making zipping it up impossible and then it jammed and ruined the zipper but worse it you cant take advantage of the cover and easily remove it, wash it and replace it. Huge disappointment and wasted so much time trying to get a replacement that went nowhere. If you have a Revel buy something else

Had Mattress Insider do a custom mattress for us for a boat mattress with a tapered end. We sent them a perfect template and the mattress we received was a mess and not even close to the template measurements. Also, the layers promised were not available or could not be put in this mattress so we received a mattress that did not meet our expectations in fit, coolness or comfort.

This has to be the worse customer service I have ever had. Ordered a mattress three months ago. Was told it would take 4-6 to revive mattress due to COVID. 7 weeks had passed and I call to get an update and they tell me that they just found out the day I called there was a shortage on foam and it would be 12 weeks to get my mattress. I asked why they didn’t call and tell me they said they were going to which I don’t believe. Waited a couple weeks call for an update and they say that I should receive my mattress around August 3, which would be 3 months. I call two weeks ago and they state they would be getting foam next week. I call the next week and they say your mattress will ship by the end of next week. Now it’s the end of next week and I have yet to receive a message saying my mattress has shipped. This week along I have called them three days straight and have yet to get a call back. I was then informed that there just a call center who sends the messages to the company and they have no contact with them besides messages. They told me that can’t control why they haven’t called me back when they don’t even know the people besides email and could do nothing but send another message. I have called multiple times so they have gotten multiple messages I called with no call back. They won’t send you your mattress and they will give you the run around. Take my advice and RUN STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Save up spend the extra money and get a mattress from a reputable company who actually cares about there customer and will actually give you a mattress in a timely manner. Every time I call they have a different excuse and will tell you they just found out the information and didn’t get a chance to call you. I have talked to Rebecca who supposedly is the manager who is the one who told me all these lies. Then I spoke with a Kathryn today who hung on me as I was talking and didn’t even call back. To top it off they will take your money as soon as you place an order and then make you wait months to get the order with no answers. If your paying this type of money I expect good customer service. Lastly this foam shortage thing was on there voice message two weeks prior to me calling, however they told me the day I called they just found out they didn’t have any foam. If you want to waste your money and time then order a mattress from them.

Ordered a mattress cover was given the free shipping with no estimate upon ordering only to find out that CEO has a message for all who ordered matrasses that Foam is in a shortage etc. in making their mattress. Has nothing to do with a mattress cover of shipping up to 25 business days was emailed today and ordered in May.... You decide whether or not you want to wait their wait? ****
