      Theives. booked a room for a week here, 3 days into my stay i came home from work and my key did not work, management said i had violated policy and i had to leave immediately with no refund for my money paid. ***** the manager refuses to refund my 4 nights i paid in full for. This is ********, im convinced management is stealing from guests as ***** had told me he also kicked a man out and refused to refund him $1700. This is the most dispicable situation i have ever been in while renting a hotel. i was forced to sleep in my car for the night as i could not afford another hotel after spending my paycheck on a room. ***** refuses to refund my deposit. ALL THIS WITH NO EXPLANATION OR PROOF OF POLICY VIOLATION. ***** also refuses to put me in contact with his boss the person above him, I have filed a case with choice hotels and will pursue this matter as far as i need to based on principal this should never happen to anyone, they are stealing from guests. I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER, AND SHARING MY STORY ANYWHERE THESE SHADY PEOPLE ADVERTISE

      DO NOT BOOK HERE - UNRELIABLE. Looks like it would be really nice, but you cannot afford to not actually have a reservation. We had one in print, but it was not honored.We booked this hotel due to the pricing and amenities and affordable dog fee. It looked great. We received a confirmation email and a second email just ahead of our stay reminding us of our stay. Then on Friday, we arrived out of town with a dog in tow at about 4:30 so we could get to our 5:30pm training across the street (expensive and all weekend intensive) and when we showed up they had no record of the reservation. Front desk said 'yes we were overbooked and we sent out emails' - that is not true, we did not receive them in any spam or email box, we did not receive a call. This was a SERIOUS inconvenience and really poor business practice. In less than 10 minutes we had to find the closet, open, dog friendly place and we ended up ***** min away, paying nearly DOUBLE the hotel price, barely made it to our non-refundable training after unpacking in ~ 5 min, and received no apology or any other offers for compensation.I called Monday with my confirmation number and details and left these concerns for the manager, who was in the office. I did not receive a call back.I have the confirmation email upon booking March 28, 2023 and the 'look forward to seeing you' confirmation on March 29, 2023 emails, both with booking confirmation ********. I did not miss any communication electronic or by phone from this hotel. I booked directly on the hotel's website not through a third party.Cancelling without notice is not what I expect from any hotel.

      I made a reservation from 3/18 to 3/26.I paid all they asked upfront.On 3/23 someone banged at our door and yelled at my wife while i was at work demanding that we pay more or leave immediately.I tried calling and asking them to wait until 4pm so I could review the charges and settle any difference.They were extremelly rude. My wife got locked out of the room crying with all our bellongings inside. They canceled out keys.I have a receipt printed by them that i had paid until 3/26 I called headquaters and they agreed with me. I had my phone on speaker phone with headquarters but the hotel manager didnt care and had the audacity to call the police on us. This was the most humiliating experience of our lives. I lost my day at work, we had food go bad from the fridge and had to pay premium for a last minute new hotel. I want an apology and a full refund of my stay in the amount of $472.

      Woodsprings suites on ***************************************************************. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PLEASE READ PDF. First 6 days we see ******** walking out our unit without a uniform. We were scared not knowing who it was. At the front desk we asked politely if we could get a courtesy notice and ******** disliked that commenting 'I am the gatekeeper I enter when I want' and started banging on the door when he would visit. Very mouthy. We never had a problem with them checking the room but they were hostile. The ISSUE was on our fourth month 1/30/23 about 11am ******** banged on the door that woke us, rushed to the door and was immediately hit with 'I need to come in and walk your unit' while my wife still in bed. I asked if he 'could come back later because we were still in bed, and I was still in my boxers'. He replied, 'ok I will be back'. Seemed like he didn't like that. He did not return that day. He made us feel really uncomfortable. He would come by 2-3 times a month. On 1/31/23 at about 12:30p ***** and ****** banged on the door continuously, not knowing who it was I yelled to hold on and heard someone yelling back while banging. They continued yelling as we tried to rush and annoyed of them banging we yell to 'HOLD ON'! ***** argued with us in the unit about taking to long to open the door and cussing. She continued to argue as she walked out. She was outraged I was pointing things out to her and she screamed at me to be out by tomorrow. Went to speak to GM at front desk and ****** got so outraged with me cursing me out and slamming the gate in my face. Told her I recorded ********* attacked and followed me. She blocked me from entering the elevator screaming at me to delete the video of her. Out of anger she called police told them I was trespassing & recording her. I was arrested for a ticket I had. Paid $7,268.14 and ******** is so disgusting to us he keeps hanging up on us & is refusing to refund back $1,295.46. We want to be refunded $1,689.70 or $1,296.46. READ PDF.
