            I had a heater and air-conditioned installed over a month ago. The permit was supposed to be pulled the day they were installed. The company never picked up the contractor disclosure letter. After a week they said they wanted us to send it to them which we did after calling numerous times. We called again because we are worried the permit was supposed to be done within a week off installation. We have driven several times to the county building just to find out nothing has been done. We have asked for the owners' name and number just to be told they do not give out that information. Called the company again this morning and was assured we will get a answer on why they have failed to get the permit in a timely manner.

            Our A/C condenser unit broke down Thursday. I called my home warranty company and they assigned it to Premier. Premier told me the earliest would be Monday or Tuesday. I was not pleased **** added us to the cancelation list. **** then called me back this morning (Monday) to tell me the earliest would be THURSDAY. It is summer, 90 degrees + out and they have now moved the appointment. **** was also rude on the call telling me if I keep calling (only called them once) that it would take longer and now moving the appointment to later this week it ridiculous. I will NEVER give them any business and have had my home warranty company reassign the work. I will say that **** (not sure how it is spelled) was very nice and apologetic about the situation but still will not trust them with my home.

            I believe this is for the wrong company. We dont have this customer in our database and we dont do any home warranty work. We also dont have an **** or **** in our office. Please confirm and remove this review.
