    As far as a recommendation I would recommend this company.We had this done a few weeks ago (roofing, gutters, painting and deck staining); however I could not write this review in a more timely manner due to a medical emergency. As far as a recommendation, yes would recommend this company. Nevertheless, regardless of the recommendation two points must be addressed, the owner of the company should correct his demeanor in response to questions regarding payment, whether the questions were valid or not, and refrain from making comments regarding family members, if that is done then I think his company in the future will do well. All work appeared satisfactory. Note: We all make mistakes and I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt. Cleanup was exceptional.

    This is the same review I posted to ******* for those who find BBB first. These guys are just amazing to work with. ***** and *** run a great business, with amazing crews who work, work, work!Everything about this project has been the best you could hope for with contractors. Great communication, great workmanship, great attention to details. I recommend these guys for any roofing project you might have, insurance or not.

    I recently had hail damage to my roof and hired Platinum Contractors to put on new shingles.They came highly recommended by my insurance *** and I was not disappointed.Their team of roofers worked fast, were professional, and took very few work breaks.They only took 1 1/2 days to complete the job, ******* looked great, and their after job cleanup was exceptional. I would use Platinum Contractors again, and I highly recommend this company to others.

    Despite the fact that the hail caused lots of damage, **** made the process simple and painless. He was on top of all the projects, communicated in a timely professional manner and got the job done with great results. I would recommend choosing this company and having **** be the project manager.

    Platinum was referred to me by my insurance agent. Said they did a great job for him and that they know my insurance **mpanies process well. The project manager and operations manager showed up and one of them smelled like they crawled out of a beer barrel from the night before. Promised me an estimate the next day, and 10 days later I had to ask if there was an estimate made. Multiple requests, and 3 visits later and still no estimate, the project manager said I needed repairs to things that werent documented by the inspector. He started to push me to fight for more money with my insurance agent, asking me to send photos to my adjuster. He proceeded to tell me a personal story of his fight with his insurance ** and said I try to stick it to them any chance I get. 3 weeks in, still no estimate. In the end, not having signed anything, I have a different **mpany for an evaluation and estimate of my roof and gutter damage.
